We do ask that all rooms are paid for at the
time of booking. We are a small bed & breakfast
with a limited number of rooms available.
In case of cancellation:
- 7 days notice is required on all cancellations.
- $50 or 10% charge on all cancellations, whichever is
higher.
- There is no refund with less than 7 day notice. Reservations
made within 7 days of arrival date are final.
- with 7 day notice you may switch your reservation to
another date without penalty, on a one
time basis. this
helps us keeps costs down so that we are able to offer
special pricing
- AND I HEREBY GIVE PERMISSION FOR THE HOTEL TO CHARGE MY
CREDIT CARD FOR THE CANCELLATION FEE, AS PER THE TERMS OF
THEIR POLICY.
